Welcome to Zaira Nest! By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid for in full before processing. We accept M-Pesa, card, and mobile money via our secure checkout.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and verified.
  • If an item is out of stock after payment, we’ll offer a full refund or a swap.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Kenya.
  • Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 1–3 working days.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Missed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in extra charges.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Items related to feeding, hygiene, or health care (e.g. bottles, aspirators, teethers) cannot be returned for safety reasons unless faulty.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason.

4. Warranties & Product Issues

  • If a product arrives damaged or faulty, report it within 48 hours. We’ll assess and offer a refund, replacement, or credit based on the situation.
  • Some high-tech items (e.g. bottle warmers, monitors) may carry a limited warranty—please check product details or contact us.

5. Loyalty & Referral Programs

  • Loyalty points or referral rewards earned through Zairanest have no cash value and can only be redeemed on future purchases.
  • We reserve the right to adjust, pause, or terminate the program without prior notice.

6. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Your personal data is only used for order processing, delivery, and updates you opt into (like newsletters or loyalty updates). We do not share or sell your information

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • Zaira Nest reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access if abuse, fraud, or harmful behavior is detected.
