Returns
We accept returns within 3Â days of delivery for items that are:

Unused and in their original packaging

In the same condition as delivered

Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
To request a return, email us at zaira.babies@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the item back.
Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days depending on your mode of payment.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for items in good, unused condition. If you'd like to swap a product (for size, color, or a different item), reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll help guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right, no stress.
