Customer Experience & Sales Associate
What You'll Do
- Own the customer inbox - WhatsApp & Instagram
- Convert inquiries into sales - recommend & close
- Create and manage orders accurately on Shopify
- Coordinate deliveries with our rider
- Send daily order and delivery reports
What We Need From You
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Sales instinct — you close, you don't just chat
- Sharp attention to detail — accuracy matters
- Reliable and proactive — you show up and follow through
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Based in Nairobi, available to come in when needed
