⏱️ Delivery Timelines

• Kenya & East Africa: 1–2 working days
• Other Areas: 3–5 working days (subject to courier availability)

Note: Orders placed after 6PM are processed the next working day.

💳 Delivery Fees

• Delivery: Courier rates vary by town and weight. You'll see estimated fees at checkout or get contacted for confirmation.
• Pickup Option: Available for Nairobi customers via arranged drop points. You'll see estimated fees at checkout or get contacted for confirmation.

🧾 Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
• You’ll receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation with delivery details and tracking (where available).
• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout to avoid delays or re-routing fees.

🚫 Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect contact info or unavailability, redelivery may attract an additional fee. Always keep your phone on for delivery calls!

📸 Proof of Delivery

Our couriers may request a delivery confirmation signature or photo to confirm safe drop-off.
